Por tanto,\n\n \n\nEL MINISTRO DE\nAMBIENTE Y ENERGÍA, RESUELVE:\n\n \n\nPublicar los\nrequisitos, formulario y trámites que deben cumplir los administrados, para la\nobtención del Permiso de Vertidos, contemplado en el artículo 17 de la Ley de\nAguas y el Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 31176-MINAE.\n\n \n\n1º-Requisitos:\nCon el objetivo de tramitar la solicitud del permiso de vertido los entes\ngeneradores que descarguen sus aguas residuales a cuerpos de agua, deberán\ncumplir con los siguientes requisitos:\n\n \n\n1. El otorgamiento del permiso\nde vertido queda sujeto al cumplimiento del ente generador con la legislación\nvigente.\n\n6. Al firmar el formulario, el\nsolicitante da fe bajo juramento, que toda la información es verdadera.\n\n7. Therefore,\n\nTHE MINISTER OF\nENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY, RESOLVES:\n\nTo publish the requirements, form, and procedures that regulated parties must fulfill to obtain the Discharge Permit, as contemplated in Article 17 of the Water Law and Executive Decree No. 31176-MINAE.\n\n1st-Requirements: In order to process the application for the Discharge Permit, generating entities that discharge their wastewater (aguas residuales) into bodies of water must fulfill the following requirements:\n\n1. If you consider it appropriate to provide any complementary information, you may do so on additional sheets.\n\n5. The granting of the Discharge Permit is subject to the generating entity's compliance with current legislation.\n\n6. Upon signing the form, the applicant attests under oath that all information is truthful.\n\n7.
