  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Regulation 32047\n\n                        Reform of the Composition of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nComplete Text of Act: CDA71\nNo. 32047\n\nNo.\n32047\n\n \n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY\n\n \n\n            In exercise of the powers\nconferred upon them by Articles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the\nPolitical Constitution, and the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of\nApril 30, 1998.\n\n \n\nWhereas:\n\n \n\n            I.—The\nBiodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998,\ncreated the National Commission for Biodiversity Management as a\ndeconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment and Energy with instrumental\nlegal personality.\n\n            II.—The\naforementioned Law assigns to this Commission functions related to the conservation,\necologically sustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are of\nvital importance for the sustainable development of the country.\n\n            III.—That\nArticle 15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes the manner in which the\nCommission shall be composed, according to the appointments made by the entities\nand organizations indicated by the law.
