Therefore:\n\n \n\nDECREE:\n\n \n\nTo prohibit the registration, importation, and use of obsolete pesticides that are not registered in the country\n\n \n\nArticle 1º-This Decree has the purpose of prohibiting, for agricultural use, the manufacture, formulation, importation, distribution, transit, registration, storage, commercialization, and use, of raw materials or formulated products containing any of the substances listed in Article 3.\n\nArticle 2º-The provisions established herein apply to all individuals and legal entities that manufacture, formulate, import, transport, register, store, commercialize, and use pesticides for agricultural use.\n\nArticle 3º-The importation, registration, formulation, manufacture, repackaging, refilling, export, transit, deposit, storage, sale, and agricultural use of the chemical substances indicated below is prohibited:\n\n \n\n1. Dinoterb Acetate\n\n2. Phenylmercury Acetate\n\n3. Medinoterb Acetate\n\n4. Dichlorophenoxypropionic acid (2,4-DP)\n\n5. Acrylonitrile\n\n6. Alpha-Naphthylthiourea\n\n7. Aminocarb\n\n8. Amitrole\n\n9. Anabasine\n\n10. Aramite\n\n11. Azinphos-ethyl\n\n12. Sodium Cyanide\n\n13. Cycloheximide\n\n14. Chloranil\n\n15. Mercuric Chloride\n\n16.
