  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Regulation 32182\n\n                        Amendment Declares of Public Interest the Development of the Information System\nof the Costa Rican Agricultural Sector -INFOAGRO\n\nComplete Text record: 7B1F6\nNº 32182\n\nNº 32182\n\n  THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\n  AND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK\n\n    Using the powers\nconferred upon them by articles 140 subsections 3), 8), 18) and 20) and 146) of the\nPolitical Constitution; articles 25, 27.1, 28.2b of Law No. 6227 of May 2, 1978, General\nLaw of Public Administration, and Law No. 7064 of April 29, 1987, Law for the\nPromotion of Agricultural Production, which incorporates the Organic Law of the Ministry of\nAgriculture and Livestock.\n\nConsidering:\n\n      1º—That through Executive Decree\n    No. 31344-MAG of July 21, 2003, published in La Gaceta No. 171 of September\n    5 of the same year, the development of the Information System of the Costa Rican Agricultural\n    Sector - Infoagro was declared of public interest, creating therein the\n    Sectoral Steering Committee (Comité Directivo Sectorial), defining the nature of the representation of its\n    members and their functions.\n      2º—That given the time elapsed and\n    the functioning of the Committee, the need and convenience have been determined for its\n    members to have an alternate (suplente) that facilitates the holding and development of its\n    sessions. Therefore:\n\nDECREE:\n\n    Article\n1º—The first paragraph of article 6 of Executive Decree No.\n31344-MAG of July 21, 2003, is hereby amended, which shall read as follows:\n\n    \"Article\n6°—The institutional representation on the Sectoral Steering Committee shall rest with\nthe persons occupying the positions indicated in the previous article, who\nshall have their respective alternate, who shall be from the same institutional area in which\nthe principal (titular) serves. The following shall be officials of the institutional representatives on the\nSectoral Steering Committee:..\"\n\n    Article 2º—It shall take effect\nas of its publication.\n\n    Issued at the Presidency\nof the Republic. San José, on the twenty-third day of November of two thousand\nfour."
