Among other modifications, this process seeks the deconcentration of operational activities of the Ministry so that they are assumed by the regional and local management levels of this ministry.\n\n \n\n3º—That due to the time elapsed since the drafting of the original proposal for Decreto Ejecutivo No. 31545-S-MINAE and the revisions made up until its publication in the Official Gazette, some of the operational functions that were the responsibility of the Dirección de Protección al Ambiente Humano are now considered to be carried out at the regional and local management levels of the Ministry, for which the required human and material resources are available.  4º—That the proposed amendment was duly consulted with the Comité Técnico de Revisión, created by article 11 of the Reglamento de Vertido y Reuso de Aguas Residuales and article six of Decreto Ejecutivo No. 31545-S-MINAE, (Reglamento de Aprobación y Operación de Sistemas de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales.)
