C) Colaborar en los programas y campañas de índole educativas que se\nemprendan. D) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar en la comunidad las disposiciones y\nReglamentos de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. E) Cooperar en los planes,\nproyectos y obras que emprenda Acueductos y Alcantarillados en la comunidad. F)\nParticipar en la vigilancia y protección de las fuentes de abastecimiento del\nAcueducto, evitar las contaminaciones de las mismas y ayudar a la protección de\nlas cuencas hidrográficas de la región.\" (folios 25-26)\n\nIV.-Que tales fines solventan una necesidad social de\nprimer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense.
