Por tanto,\n\n \n\nDECRETAN:\n\n \n\n    Artículo 1º—Se\nfija como monto de las dietas para los miembros de la Junta Directiva del Instituto\nCostarricense de la Pesca y Acuicultura, en las sesiones correspondientes, de conformidad\ncon lo dispuesto en la Ley Nº 7384, la suma de ¢23.545.00 (veintitrés mil quinientos\ncuarenta y cinco colones netos) por cada dieta. Therefore,\n\n \n\nTHEY DECREE:\n\n \n\n    Article 1.—The amount of the per diems for the members of the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture, in the corresponding sessions, is set in accordance with the provisions of Law Nº 7384, at the sum of ¢23,545.00 (twenty-three thousand five hundred forty-five net colones) for each per diem. Only members who attend the respective sessions punctually shall have the right to payment of the per diem.
