  "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 496\n\n                        Approval of Fees for Licenses for National Vessels Engaged in\nTourist Fishing\n\nFull Text of Minutes: 94D64\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND\nAQUACULTURE\n\n \n\nAJDIP/496.-Puntarenas, on the seventh day of the month\nof October, 2005.\n\n \n\nWhereas:\n\n \n\n1º-That Article 13 of Law No. 8436\nestablishes that INCOPESCA is the enforcement authority that shall exercise control over the\nfishing and aquaculture activity carried out in marine and inland waters\nand shall provide technical assistance to aquaculture activity in inland and\nmarine waters.\n\n2º-That Agreement AJDIP/419 does not specify\nthe fees for tourist fishing licenses, to which reference is made\nin Law No. 8436.\n\n3º-That analogously, the Institution has set\nthe fees for national and foreign sport fishing licenses,\napproved in Agreement AJDIP/419-2004.\n\n4º-That the Fee Commission referred to\nthis board of directors for consideration the proposal for the fees\ncorresponding to licenses for national or foreign vessels for tourist fishing.\n\n5º-That this board of directors considers\nit appropriate to adopt the recommendation provided by the Fee Commission.
