Artículo tres: Los fines de\nla Asociación son los siguientes: a. Velar por la conservación, rescate y\nprotección de los recursos naturales y el ambiente en general así como de su\nuso racional en el cantón y el país; b. Promover la educación ambiental para\nconcienciar a los miembros de la sociedad sobre la necesidad de cuidar todos\nlos recursos naturales; c. Fomentar y apoyar las acciones tanto gubernamentales\ncomo privadas y de otros grupos organizados tendientes a la protección,\nconservación de los recursos naturales y del ambiente...\"\n\nIV.-Que tales fines solventan una necesidad\nsocial de primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 32810\n\n                        Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the \"Asociación\npara la Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar\"\n\nFull Text of record: F4F8A\nNo. 32810\n\nNo.\n32810\n\n    (This\n      executive decree was rendered without effect by Article 1 of executive decree\n      No. 37924 of August 23, 2013)\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE\n\n \n\nBased on the provisions of Articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Article 32 of the Law of Associations (Ley de Asociaciones) and Articles 27 and following of its Regulations (Reglamento).\n\n \n\nConsidering:\n\n \n\nI.-That Article 32 of the Law of Associations (Ley de Asociaciones) number 218 of August eight, nineteen thirty-nine and amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility those simple, federated, or confederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and that thereby contribute to solving a social need.\n\nII.-That the Asociación para la Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar, legal entity identification number 3-002-247433, was registered in the Associations Registry of the Public Registry since July twenty, nineteen ninety-nine, under file No. 11304.\n\nIII.-That the purposes pursued by the Association according to Article three of its Bylaws (Estatutos), are: \"... Article three: The purposes of the Association are the following: a. To ensure the conservation, rescue, and protection of natural resources and the environment in general as well as their rational use in the canton and the country; b. To promote environmental education to raise awareness among members of society about the need to care for all natural resources; c. To encourage and support both governmental and private actions and those of other organized groups aimed at the protection and conservation of natural resources and the environment...\"\n\nIV.-That such purposes solve a social need of the first order, for which they deserve the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore,\n\n \n\nDECREE:\n\n \n\nArticle 1.-Declare of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Asociación para la Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar, legal entity identification number 3-002-247433.\n\nArticle 2.-It is the duty of the Association to annually render a report to the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with what is indicated in Article 32 of the Regulations to the Law of Associations (Reglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones).\n\nArticle 3.-Once this Decree is published, the interested parties must formalize and present the respective testimony before the Associations Registry of the National Registry, for its respective registration.\n\nArticle 4.-It shall be effective from its publication.\n\n \n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic.-San José, on the twenty-second day of October of two thousand five."
