That the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April\n30, 1998, created the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\nas a decentralized body of the Ministry of Environment and Energy with instrumental legal personality.\n\nII. That the aforementioned Law assigns to that Commission,\nfunctions concerning the conservation, ecologically sustainable use, and\nrestoration of biodiversity, which are of vital importance for the\nsustainable development of the country.\n\nIII. That article 15 of the Biodiversity Law\nestablishes the manner in which the Commission shall be composed, according to the appointments made\nby the entities and organizations indicated by the law. Therefore,\n\n \n\nDECREE:\n\n \n\n \n\nArticle 1. Amend article 1, point 1,\nsubsection h) and point 2, subsection h) of Decree No. 31126-MINAE, so that it\ninstead reads:\n\n \n\n \n\n1.
