  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\nTexto Completo Norma 11541\n\n                        Declara Parque Nacional Palo Verde\n\nTexto Completo acta: 99289\n\nNo 11541\n\nNo 11541\n\n    (Mediante artículo 1° de la Ley N° 6794 de 25 de\nagosto de 1982, se ratifica como Ley de la República este Decreto).\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nY EL MINISTRO DE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERÍA\n\nDe conformidad con lo dispuesto por los artículos 2°, inciso b) y 22\nde la Ley Forestal, No 4465 de 25 de noviembre de 1969, lo establecido por la\nley No 6084 de 24 de agosto de 1977, y\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1°—Que la zona que comprende la fila Catalina, la fila Pedregosa,\nel cerro Bocana, el cerro El Roble y el cerro Alvarado, en Guanacaste, es una de las\núltimas en toda la provincia que conservan bosques secos tropicales, formación\necológica muy escasa en el país.\n\n2°—Que las lagunas Nicaragua, El Roble, Los Aromos, y\nCorralillos, y los sitios El Tieso, Piñuela, Cristina y otros, constituyen lugares de\nparticular importancia para la conservación de aves migradoras y residentes, y son a la\nvez las áreas más ricas en avifauna en el país. .\n\n3°—Que la zona en general es particularmente diversa en fauna\nsilvestre, y es uno de los últimos refugios para animales que existen todavía sin\nprotección en la provincia de Guanacaste.\n\n4°—Que se presentan también varios ecosistemas de gran\ndiversidad y riqueza de especies florísticas, tales como los bosques sobre depósitos\ncalizos, las lagunas herbáceas, los bosques mixtos de llanura y los bosques de palo verde\nsobre vertí soles.\n\nPor tanto,\n\nDECRETAN :\n\nArtículo 1°—Se declara como Parque Nacional Palo Verde a la zona\nde la provincia de Guanacaste, comprendida dentro de los siguientes linderos, según los\nmapas básicos escala 1:50.000 del Instituto Geográfico Nacional: partiendo de un punto\nsituado en la confluencia de los ríos Tempisque y Bebedero, se sigue aguas arriba del\nBebedero hasta la desembocadura del Estero Reventado, por el que continua aguas arriba\nhasta la laguna Corralillos, coordenadas 260 300 N y 400 650 E, continúa luego el límite\npor la orilla Norte de esta laguna hasta encontrar un punto situado en las coordenadas 260\n000 N y 397 900 E. Sigue el límite por la coordenada 260 000 N hasta un punto situado en\nlas coordenadas 260 000 N y 392 900 E. De este último punto el límite sigue por una\nlínea recta, con orientación S 11° 11 W, hasta alcanzar el río Tempisque, por el que\ncontinúa aguas abajo hasta su confluencia con el río Bebedero. La isla San Pablo,\nlocalizada en el río Tempisque, se considera como parte de este Parque Nacional.\n\n\"NOTA DE SINALEVI:\n\n Mediante\nel artículo 1° del decreto Ejecutivo No.  31591 de 18 de noviembre de\n2003 se redefinen los límites del Parque Nacional\nPalo Verde, de la siguiente manera:\n\nSegún\nlos mapas básicos del Instituto Geográfico Nacional, Hojas cartográficas Cañas,\nTempisque, Talolinga, Abangares, a escala 1:50.000. Partiendo de un punto\nubicado en la margen izquierda del cauce del Río Bebedero coordenadas N 257420\ny E 403780, continúa el límite por un camino público por los siguientes vértices\nde coordenadas:\n\n| N | 257600 | E | 403200 |\n| --- | --- | --- | --- |\n|  | 257580 |  | 402830 |\n|  | 257770 |  | 402590 |\n\nDespués\nde este último punto el límite deja el camino para continuar por el lindero de\nlímite de propiedad, que se define por los siguientes vértices con\ncoordenadas:\n\n| N | 257476 | E | 402561 |\n| --- | --- | --- | --- |\n|  | 257369 |  | 402568 |\n|  | 257284 |  | 402506 |\n|  | 257150 |  | 402338 |\n|  | 257361 |  | 402188 |\n|  | 257426 |  | 402201 |\n|  | 257575 |  | 402216 |\n|  | 257600 |  | 402270 |\n|  | 257766 |  | 402270 |\n\nDe\neste último punto se localiza nuevamente sobre el camino público antes\nmencionado, continuando el límite por una serie de puntos cuyas coordenadas se\ndescriben a continuación:\n\n| N | 257790 | E | 401840 |\n| --- | --- | --- | --- |\n|  | 257980 |  | 401520 |\n|  | 258080 |  | 399640 |\n|  | 258240 |  | 397650 |\n|  | 260550 |  | 398130 |\n|  | 259740 |  | 395520 |\n|  | 259700 |  | 394200 |\n|  | 259640 |  | 394000 |\n|  | 259600 |  | 393500 |\n|  | 259900 |  | 393160 |\n|  | 259900 |  | 392900 |\n|  | 261000 |  | 393200 |\n|  | 261000 |  | 394925 |\n|  | 261248.38 |  | 394751.13 |\n\nEste\núltimo punto se localiza en el final del camino público de acceso a la finca\nde Rancho Horizontes, de este punto el límite continúa por el camino público\nhasta el puente sobre la Quebrada La Mula, ubicado en las coordenadas N\n261707.52 E 394671.34, continúa aguas arriba por la margen izquierda de la\nquebrada hasta un punto sobre la Quebrada La Mula colindancia con la Parcela 34\ndel Asentamiento Tamarindo del IDA, cuyas coordenadas son N 262856.04 E\n393207.39, el límite prosigue hasta otro punto de coordenadas N 262977.91 E\n393429.70, también con la colindancia de la misma parcela de dicho\nAsentamiento. Continúa hasta un punto ubicado en el camino público de\ncoordenadas N 263233.48 E 393481.04, prosiguiendo por el camino público,\npasando por los puntos de coordenadas N 263526.75 E 393244.93 y N 264079.04 E\n393342.95, hasta un punto de coordenadas N 264449.86 E 393725.48. Del punto\nanterior se continúa sobre el camino público hasta la intersección de camino\na Falconeana y Bagatzi de coordenadas N 265934.70 E 394008.12, continúa por el\ncamino hasta intersección del camino viejo a San Ramón, de coordenadas N\n267166.30 E 394251.30, se continúa sobre el lindero de la finca Inversiones\nCampos Bastos S. A. hasta interceptarse con el Canal Oeste Tramo 2, de\ncoordenadas N 267294.82 E 394276.73. El límite continúa a partir de la\ncoordenadas N 267354.86 E 394285.06, ubicado en la margen derecha del Canal\nOeste Tramo 2, prosiguiendo en línea recta hasta interceptar con el límite de\nla Reserva Biológica Lomas Barbudal en el punto de coordenadas N 267670.41, E\n394350.61, ubicado en la curva de 60 metros sobre el nivel del mar. A partir de\nese punto, dicha curva delimita el parque por el norte hasta el vértice de\ncoordenadas N 267598.69 E 393.547.12 que también se encuentra en la cota de\nnivel de los 60 metros sobre el nivel del mar, en el límite con la Reserva Biológica\nLomas Barbudal. Continúa el límite hasta el punto de coordenadas N 267392.85 E\n393191.37, ubicado en la margen derecha del Canal Oeste Tramo 2.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\nFull Text of Standard 11541\n\n                        Declares Palo Verde National Park\n\nFull Text of record: 99289\n\nNo 11541\n\nNo 11541\n\n    (By means of Article 1 of Law No. 6794 of August 25, 1982, this Decree is ratified as a Law of the Republic).\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK\n\nIn accordance with the provisions of Articles 2, subsection b) and 22 of the Forest Law (Ley Forestal), No 4465 of November 25, 1969, and the provisions established by Law No 6084 of August 24, 1977, and\n\nConsidering:\n\n1°—That the area encompassing the Catalina ridge (fila Catalina), the Pedregosa ridge (fila Pedregosa), the Bocana hill (cerro Bocana), the El Roble hill (cerro El Roble), and the Alvarado hill (cerro Alvarado), in Guanacaste, is one of the last in the entire province to conserve tropical dry forests, a very scarce ecological formation in the country.\n\n2°—That the Nicaragua, El Roble, Los Aromos, and Corralillos lagoons (lagunas), and the sites El Tieso, Piñuela, Cristina and others, constitute places of particular importance for the conservation of migratory and resident birds, and are at the same time the richest areas in avifauna in the country. .\n\n3°—That the area in general is particularly diverse in wildlife, and is one of the last refuges for animals that still exist without protection in the province of Guanacaste.\n\n4°—That several ecosystems of great diversity and richness of floristic species are also present, such as the forests on limestone deposits, the herbaceous lagoons, the mixed lowland forests, and the palo verde forests on vertisols.\n\nTherefore,\n\nTHEY DECREE:\n\nArticle 1°—The area of the province of Guanacaste, comprised within the following boundaries, according to the 1:50,000 scale base maps of the National Geographic Institute (IGN), is declared as Palo Verde National Park: starting from a point located at the confluence of the Tempisque and Bebedero rivers, follow upstream along the Bebedero to the mouth of the Reventado Estuary (Estero Reventado), continuing upstream along it to the Corralillos lagoon, coordinates 260,300 N and 400,650 E, the boundary then continues along the North shore of this lagoon until finding a point located at coordinates 260,000 N and 397,900 E.
