II.—Que la citada Ley le asigna a esa\nComisión, funciones referentes a la conservación, el uso ecológicamente sostenible y la\nrestauración de la biodiversidad, que son de vital importancia para el desarrollo\nsostenible del país.\n\n    III.—Que el artículo 15 de la Ley de\nBiodiversidad, establece la forma en que se integrará la Comisión, de acuerdo al\nnombramiento realizado por los entes y
