donde se considere el efecto del esfuerzo\npesquero, capacidad de pesca y disponibilidad del recurso.\n\n3º-Que las\npesquerías actualmente se ven afectadas por los adelantos tecnológicos creados\npara mejorar el rendimiento económico y de capturas de las especies marinas.\n\n4º-Que los países\nribereños, deben al igual que otros que ya lo han hecho adoptar regulaciones\npara disminuir el impacto sobre las poblaciones de especies marinas y así\ngarantizar su renovación constante.\n\n5º-Que el Código\nde Conducta para la Pesca Responsable, determina la obligatoriedad de los\npaíses del mundo de regular adecuadamente las cantidades de pesca permisibles\nde manera que se garantice la protección de las mismas.
