Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy, Article 2.3.13.1., that the established recommendations apply exclusively to the management of the risks posed to the health of persons and animals by the presence of the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy agent in cattle (B. taurus and B. indicus).
