Therefore,\n\n \n\nHEREBY DECREE:\n\n \n\nArticle\n1.—Article 2, point 2, subsection a) of Decree No. 32803-MINAE,\npublished in La Gaceta No. 241 of December fourteenth, two thousand five, is amended so that\nit instead reads:\n\n \n\n2. Alternate\nmembers:\n\na) Jorge\nRodríguez Quirós, representative of the Ministry of Environment and Energy.\n\nArticle 2.—For the\npurposes of the term provided for in article 15 of the Biodiversity Law,\nthese appointments are made for a full term of three years.\n\nArticle 3.—This shall take effect\nupon its signing.\n\n \n\nIssued at the\nPresidency of the Republic.—San José, at eight o'clock in the morning on June first,\ntwo thousand six."
