Por\ntanto,\n\n \n\nDECRETAN:\n\n \n\nArtículo\n1º-Modifíquese el artículo 1, punto 2, inciso e) del Decreto Nº 32047-MINAE,\npublicado en La\nGaceta Nº 205, del veinte de octubre del\n2004, para que en su defecto se lea:\n\n \n\n2.   "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n-\n\nComplete Text of Norm 33471\n\nReform of the Integration of the National Commission for the Management of\nBiodiversity\n\nComplete Text record: CAF36\nNo. 33471\n\nNo. 33471\n\n(This decree was repealed by Article 3 of Executive Decree No. 35577 of October 1, 2009)\n\nTHE PRESIDENT\nOF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER\nOF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY\n\nIn exercise of the powers conferred upon them by Articles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution and the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998.\n\nConsiderandos:\n\nI.-That the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998, created the National Commission for the Management of Biodiversity as a deconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment and Energy with instrumental legal personality (personería jurídica instrumental).\n\nII.-That the cited Law assigns to this Commission functions related to the conservation, ecologically sustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are of vital importance for the country's sustainable development.\n\nIII.-That Article 15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes how the Commission shall be integrated, according to the appointments made by the entities and organizations indicated by law. Por tanto,\n\nDECRETA:\n\nArticle 1.-Amend Article 1, point 2, subsection e) of Decree No. 32047-MINAE, published in La Gaceta No. 205, of October 20, 2004, so that it shall read instead:\n\n2.
