  "body_en_text": "DECLARES OF PUBLIC UTILITY for the interests of the State the Monteverde Conservationist Association\nFull Text of act: A74F6\nNo. 33632\n\nNo. 33632\n\nTHE PRESIDENT\nOF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER\nOF JUSTICE AND GRACE\n\nBased on the provisions of articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, article 32 of the Law of Associations, and articles 27 and following of its Regulation.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That article 32 of the Law of Associations No. 218 of August eight, nineteen thirty-nine, and its amendments, confers upon the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility simple, federated, or confederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and which thereby contribute to addressing a social need.\n\nII.-That the Monteverde Conservationist Association, legal entity ID No. 3-002-075864, was registered in the Associations Registry of the Public Registry on July nine, nineteen ninety-eight, under File No. 1983.\n\nIII.-That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to article three of its Bylaws, are: \". Article Six: The Association has the following objectives: I) The conservation, defense, and recovery of the country's natural resources and springs (fuentes naturales), including its land, water, air, flora, and fauna. II) The sanitation and protection of the physical, biotic, and cultural environment. III) The search for an adequate balance and healthy coexistence between human beings and nature.\n\nIV.-That such purposes address a social need of the highest order, for which they merit the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore,\n\nDECREE:\n\nArticle 1.- Declare of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Monteverde Conservationist Association, legal entity ID No. 3-002-075864.\n\nArticle 2.- It is the duty of the Association to annually render a report to the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the Regulation to the Law of Associations.\n\nArticle 3.- Once this Decree is published, the interested parties must formalize into a public deed and present the respective certified copy before the Associations Registry of the National Registry, for its respective registration.\n\nArticle 4.- Effective as of its publication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic.-San José, January 19, 2007."
