  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 33692\n\n                        Declares the activities carried out by the\nMinistry of Health for the planning and execution of the \"Regional Conference and Workshop:\nVulnerability and Climate Change and its effects on Health in Central America\" to be of public and national interest\n\nFull Text acta: A8BCA\nNº 33692\n\nNº 33692\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE\nREPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF\nHEALTH\n\nIn exercise of the powers conferred upon them by articles 140, subsections 3) and 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution; 27 and 28 of Law Nº 6227 of 2 May 1978 \"General Law of Public Administration\"; 1 and 2 of Law Nº 5395 of 30 October 1973 \"General Health Law\".\n\nConsidering:\n\n1º-That from 6 to 10 August 2007 the Ministry of Health, with the support of the Pan American Health Organization, will coordinate the activity called \"Regional Conference and Workshop: Vulnerability and Climate Change and its effects on Health in Central America\"\n\n2º-That the activities to be carried out during the indicated Conference and Workshop are considered important for the country in Health matters, since they will bring together professionals and experts on the subject, from both the public and private sectors of the country, as well as from international organizations.\n\n3º-That due to the significance for the country of holding the aforementioned activity, the Ministry of Health considers it necessary to declare this activity to be of public and national interest. Therefore,\n\nDECREE:\n\nArticle 1-The activities carried out by the Ministry of Health for the planning and execution of the \"Regional Conference and Workshop: Vulnerability and Climate Change and its effects on Health in Central America,\" to be held in our country from 6 to 10 August 2007, are hereby declared to be of public and national interest.\n\nArticle 2-The agencies of the Public Sector and the Private Sector, non-governmental organizations, and international organizations, within the respective legal framework, may contribute economic and human resources, to the extent of their possibilities and without prejudice to the fulfillment of their own objectives, for the successful realization of the indicated activities.\n\nArticle 3-This decree is effective as of its publication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic.-San José on the sixth day of the month of March of two thousand seven."
