M.A.W.  Valle\nCorazon Sociedad Anónima cédula jurídica número tres- ciento unotrescientos siete\nmil ochocientos setenta representada por Markus Alfred Wehrmeister; Osa Tucan\nSociedad Anónima cédula jurídica número tresciento uno- trescientos doce mil\nquinientos sesenta y cuatro representada por Markus Alfred Wehrmeister.\n\n3º-Que las áreas descritas\nconstituyen un núcleo muy importante para la conservación de\nla Vida Silvestre,\ndentro de la categoría de manejo de Refugio Mixto de Vida Silvestre.\n\n4º-Que dentro de las especies\narbóreas más sobresalientes se destaca la presencia del Ajo Negro (anthodiscus\nchocoensis) endémica de esta parte peninsular de Costa Rica, además Cedro María\n(Calophyllum brasiliense), Lagartillo (Lacmellea panamensis), Indio desnudo\n(Bursera simaruba), Gallinazo (Schizolobium parahybum), Cachimbo (Couratari\nguinensis), Peine de Mico (Apeaba tibourbou), entre los más importantes. \n\n5º-Entre los mamíferos\nencontrados se confirma la presencia del Oso hormiguero (Tamandua mexicana),\nZorro pelón (Didelphys), Perezoso de tres dedos (Bradypus variegatus),\nManigordo (Leopardos pardalis), Pizote (Nasua Larica), Mono Aullador (Alouatta\npalliata), Mono araña (Ateles geoffroy), Mono carablanca (Cebus capucinus),\nMono tití (Saimiri oerstedii oerstedii), Ardilla (Sciurus variegatoides\nmelania). En cuanto a las especies de aves, se encuentran en la zona las\nsiguientes: Correlino (Calidris mauri), gaviotas (Larus atricilla y Larus\npipixcan), Rey Zopilote (Sarcooramphus papa), Carpintero grande (Campephilus) y\nLapa roja (ara macao).\n\n6º-Entre los anfibios es\nimportante resaltar la presencia de la rana Phyllobates vittatus endémica del\nGolfo Dulce.\n\n7º-En\nla Zona Marítimo\nTerrestre se avista la llegada de tortugas marinas como Chelonia agassizii,\nLepidochelys olivacea y Dermochelys Coriacea.\n\n8º-Que luego de haberse realizado\ninspección de campo al área que se pretende someter a Refugio de Vida Silvestre\ncategoría mixta, se concluyó que por sus especiales características de\necología, biodiversidad y belleza paisajística, es necesaria su conservación y\nprotección, ello aunado a que sus alrededores se ven amenazados por la\ndeforestación, extensión de la frontera agrícola, precarismo y cacería furtiva. \n\n9º-Que los propietarios de dichos\ninmuebles han solicitado la declaratoria de los mencionados terrenos al régimen\nde protección y acceden voluntariamente a incorporarse al mismo.
