  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\nComplete Text of Standard 004\n\n                        Reform of the Autonomous Regulation of Organizations and Services of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture\n\nComplete Text of Act: AC530\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND\nAQUACULTURE\n\n \n\n \n\nN° AJDIP/004-2000.—Puntarenas, at fifteen hundred hours on the sixth day of January of the year two thousand.\n\n \n\n \n\nWhereas:\n\n \n\n \n\n1.—That by agreement N° AJDIP/255-97, of 8 October 1997, the Autonomous Regulation of Organizations and Services of the Institute was issued.\n\n2.—That Chapter V—On the Provision of Services, Article 29 of said regulation, establishes the respective regulations regarding overtime in the provision of services and its remuneration, in which the possibility of the concept of time off in lieu of payment for overtime hours worked by the ordinary servers or officials of the Institute was not provided for.\n\n3.—That in consideration of the economic and budgetary reality of the Institute's finances, it is deemed convenient that time off in lieu of payment for overtime be provided for and permitted in the Institution's Service Regulation, as an alternative measure in those cases and situations in which said overtime cannot be remunerated in cash. Therefore, it is\nagreed:\n\n \n\n \n\n1.—A paragraph shall be added to Article 29 of the Autonomous Regulation of Organization and Services of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture, which shall read as follows:\n\n \n\n \n\n\"When due to budgetary circumstances or available economic resources, the Institute cannot pay in cash the overtime hours worked by its officials, these may be compensated by taking the corresponding time off.\"\n\n2.—This shall take effect upon its publication.\n\n3.—Final agreement."
