  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 33867\n\n                        Declara de Utilidad Pública para los intereses del Estado la Asociación\nAdministrativa del Acueducto Santa Teresa Cajón de Pérez Zeledón\n\nTexto Completo acta: 1077FC\nNº 33867-J\n\nNº 33867-J\n\n    (Este\n      decreto ejecutivo fue derogado por el artículo 1° del decreto ejecutivo\n      N° 39228 del 30 de julio del 2015)\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA\nREPÚBLICA\n\nY LA MINISTRA DE\nJUSTICIA Y GRACIA\n\nCon fundamento en lo dispuesto en los artículos 140, inciso 18) y 146 de\nla Constitución Política, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones y en los\nartículos 27 y siguientes de su Reglamento.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones número 218 del ocho de\nagosto de mil novecientos treinta y nueve y sus reformas, confiere al Poder\nEjecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las Asociaciones simples,\nfederadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente\nútiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar\nuna necesidad social.\n\nII.-Que la\nAsociación Administrativa del Acueducto Santa Teresa Cajón de Pérez Zeledón,\ncédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-238594, se inscribió en el Registro de\nAsociaciones del Registro Público desde el día diecinueve de agosto de mil\nnovecientos noventa y ocho, bajo el Expediente Nº 10873.\n\nIII.-Que los fines\nque persigue la Asociación, según el artículo tercero de sus Estatutos, son: A)\nMejorar y ampliar el acueducto existente en Santa Teresa, El Carmen y Las\nMercedes, todos del distrito de Cajón. B) Administrar, operar y conservar en\nbuenas condiciones el acueducto, de acuerdo con las disposiciones y Reglamentos\nque al respecto emita el departamento de Acueductos Rurales del Instituto\nNacional de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. C) Obtener la participación efectiva\nde la comunidad, en la ampliación y el mantenimiento del acueducto. D)\nColaborar en los programas y campañas de índole educativa que se emprendan. E)\nAyudar a explicar y divulgar en la comunidad las disposiciones y Reglamentos\ndel departamento de Acueductos Rurales del Instituto Nacional de Acueductos y\nAlcantarillados. F) Cooperar con los planes, proyectos y obras que emprenda el\ndepartamento de Acueductos Rurales del Instituto Nacional de Acueductos y\nAlcantarillados en la comunidad. G) Participar en la vigilancia y protección de\nlas fuentes de abastecimiento del acueducto, evitar las contaminaciones de las\nmismas y ayudar a la protección de las cuencas hidrográficas de la Región.\n\nIV.-Que tales fines\nsolventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo\ndel Estado Costarricense.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norma 33867\n\n                        Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Administrative\nAssociation of the Santa Teresa Cajón de Pérez Zeledón Aqueduct\n\nComplete Text acta: 1077FC\nNº 33867-J\n\nNº 33867-J\n\n    (This\n      executive decree was repealed by article 1 of executive decree\n      N° 39228 of July 30, 2015)\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE\nREPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF\nJUSTICE AND GRACE\n\nBased on the provisions of articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the\nPolitical Constitution, article 32 of the Law of Associations, and articles 27\nand following of its Regulation.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That article 32 of the Law of Associations number 218 of August\neighth, nineteen thirty-nine and its amendments, grants the Executive\nBranch the power to declare of Public Utility simple, federated, or\nconfederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly\nuseful for the interests of the State, and which thereby contribute to\naddressing a social need.\n\nII.-That the\nAdministrative Association of the Santa Teresa Cajón de Pérez Zeledón Aqueduct,\nlegal entity identification number 3-002-238594, was registered in the Registry\nof Associations of the Public Registry as of August nineteenth, nineteen\nninety-eight, under File No. 10873.\n\nIII.-That the purposes\npursued by the Association, according to article three of its Bylaws, are: A)\nTo improve and expand the existing aqueduct in Santa Teresa, El Carmen and Las\nMercedes, all in the district of Cajón. B) To administer, operate, and maintain\nthe aqueduct in good condition, in accordance with the provisions and\nRegulations issued for this purpose by the Rural Aqueducts department of the\nNational Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers. C) To obtain the effective\nparticipation of the community in the expansion and maintenance of the\naqueduct. D) To collaborate in the educational programs and campaigns that are\nundertaken.
