  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 34208\n\n                        Fija monto de las dietas para los miembros de la Junta Directiva del\nInstituto Costarricense de la Pesca y Acuicultura\n\nTexto Completo acta: C6449\nNº 34208\n\nNº 34208\n\n \n\n \n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE\n\nLA REPÚBLICA\n\nY EL MINISTRO DE AGRICULTURA Y\nGANADERÍA\n\n \n\n(Este\ndecreto fue derogado por el artículo 3° del decreto ejecutivo N° 35241 de 3\nde marzo de 2009).\n\n  \n\nEn\nuso de las facultades conferidas por los artículos 140, incisos 3), 8), 18) y\n20), y 146) de la Constitución Política y los artículos 25, 27.1, 28.2b de la\nLey Nº 6227 del 2 de mayo de 1978, Ley General de la Administración Pública, la\nLey Nº 7138 del 16 de noviembre de 1989, la Ley Nº 7384 del 16 de marzo de\n1994, Ley de Creación del Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura, y la\nLey Nº 8436 del 10 de febrero del 2005, Ley de Pesca y Acuicultura.\n\n \n\n \n\nConsiderando:\n\n \n\n \n\nI.-Que\nel artículo 60 de la Ley Nº 7138 de 16 de noviembre de 1989, establece la\npotestad del Poder Ejecutivo de remunerar las dietas de los miembros de la\nJuntas Directivas, de las Instituciones Autónomas y demás Juntas Directivas\nnombradas por el Poder Ejecutivo, de conformidad con el índice de inflación que\ndetermine el Banco Central de Costa Rica.\n\nII.-Que las dietas de los\nmiembros de Junta Directiva del Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura,\nno han sido ajustadas desde el año 2005.\n\nIII.-Que según las\ndisposiciones normativas aplicables, en relación con los montos de variación\nacumulada correspondiente a los índices de inflación a diciembre del 2005,\nsuministrados por la Sección de Estadísticas del Banco Central de Costa Rica,\nel monto de la dieta para el año 2008, debe fijarse en la suma de ¢29.391,00\n(veintinueve mil trescientos veintiún colones exactos), para aquellos miembros\nque tengan su domicilio en la Ciudad de Puntarenas, y la suma de ¢49.600,00\n(cuarenta y nueve mil seiscientos colones exactos) por cada dieta, para\naquellos directores que tengan su domicilio fuera del cantón Central de\nPuntarenas o a una distancia mayor de 15 kilómetros de la Ciudad de Puntarenas,\ntomados a partir de la sede central de INCOPESCA.\n\nIV.-Que el rige del aumento\na las dietas, establecido en el presente Decreto, será a partir de su\npublicación, para lo cual el INCOPESCA cuenta con los recursos presupuestarios\nnecesarios y aprobados, para atender el pago de las mismas.\n\nV.-Que mediante el artículo\n168 de la Ley Nº 8436, se sustituyó de todo el texto de la Ley de Creación del\nInstituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura, Nº 7384, \"acuacultura\" por la\npalabra \"acuicultura\".
