costo y beneficio a las\npoblaciones, resulte más adecuado asignar en las comunidades su administración.\n\n2º-Que la comunidad de Balsa de Atenas, con aporte de la comunidad, de\nAyA y del\nEstado, se ha construido un sistema de acueductos comunales, para el\nabastecimiento de una población de habitantes. \n\n3º-Que en Asamblea General de vecinos, dispusieron constituir la\norganización y solicitar al AyA, que delegue la administración de los sistemas\nen dicha organización.\n\n4º-Que por las características del sistema, es procedente delegar la\nadministración en la organización comunal constituida al efecto, denominada\nAsociación Administradora Acueducto Rural Balsa de Atenas cédula jurídica tres-\ncero cero dos - doscientos ochenta y ocho mil ochocientos ochenta y nueve, que\nse encuentra debidamente inscrita en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro\nNacional bajo el tomo número cuatrocientos ochenta, asiento número trece mil\nseiscientos cincuenta y uno. \n\n5º-Que para los efectos de lo dispuesto en el Reglamento,\nla Jefatura Regional\nAcueductos Rurales Gran Área Metropolitana, mediante el memorando Nº 2008-0632\ndel día 8 de abril del 2008, así como\nla Dirección Jurídica\nen el memorando Nº DJ-1287-2008 del día 15 de abril del 2008, recomiendan a\nla Gerencia proceder a\nla Delegación de\nla Administración del\nsistema en la respectiva organización.\n\n6º-Que mediante el dictamen legal Nº DJ-SC-30-2008 del día quince del\nmes de abril del 2008, la\n Asesoría Legal de Sistemas Comunales de\nla Dirección Jurídica,\nemitió criterio, estableciendo que cumplidos los trámites técnicos, es\njurídicamente procedente delegar la administración de dicho sistema. cost and benefit to the populations, make it more appropriate to assign their administration to the communities.\n\n2º-That the community of Balsa de Atenas, with contributions from the community, AyA, and the State, has built a communal aqueduct system to supply a population of inhabitants. \n\n3º-That at a General Assembly of neighbors, they decided to establish the organization and request AyA to delegate the administration of the systems to said organization.\n\n4º-That due to the characteristics of the system, it is appropriate to delegate the administration to the communal organization established for this purpose, named Asociación Administradora Acueducto Rural Balsa de Atenas, legal identification number three-zero zero two - two hundred eighty-eight thousand eight hundred eighty-nine, which is duly registered in the Registry of Associations of the National Registry under volume number four hundred eighty, entry number thirteen thousand six hundred fifty-one. \n\n5º-That for the purposes of the provisions of the Regulation, the Regional Office for Rural Aqueducts of the Greater Metropolitan Area, by memorandum No. 2008-0632 of April 8, 2008, as well as the Legal Directorate, by memorandum No. DJ-1287-2008 of April 15, 2008, recommend that Management proceed with the Delegation of the Administration of the system to the respective organization.\n\n6º-That through legal opinion No. DJ-SC-30-2008 of the fifteenth day of April 2008, the Legal Advisory Office for Communal Systems of the Legal Directorate issued a criterion, establishing that, the technical procedures having been completed, it is legally appropriate to delegate the administration of said system.
