Para otorgar dichos permisos, deberá\nconsiderarse lo dispuesto en el presente Reglamento, en concordancia con lo\ndispuesto por el numeral 154 de\nla Ley General de\nla\n Administración Pública.\n\nArtículo 4º-Conforme lo\nestablece el Código Municipal,\nla Municipalidad cobrará tasas para el mantenimiento\nde parques y zonas verdes públicas, para cada uno de los distritos, conforme el\ncosto de inversión para cada uno de éstos.\n\nArtículo 5º-Podrá\nautorizarse la celebración de actos culturales y deportivos en el parque del\ndistrito central, siempre y cuando dichos actos no conlleven la destrucción del\nmismo.\n\nArtículo 6º-Queda\nterminantemente prohibido, la instalación de carruseles, vehículos y chinamos\ndentro de los parques.\n\nArtículo 7º-Se prohíbe el\nuso en el parque, de patinetas, bicicletas (cuando se usen para transitar por\nlos pasillos del parque) u otro tipo de objetos que puedan deteriorar las\ninstalaciones del parque y causar accidentes a los usuarios del mismo.\n\nArtículo 8º-Se excepciona de\nlo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, en cuanto a uso de bicicletas, para los\nniños menores a siete años que se encuentren al cuidado de los padres.\n\nArtículo 9º-Se prohíbe a las\npersonas caminar por las zonas verdes del parque, subir a los arbustos, cortar\néstos, flores y cualquier planta sembradas en el mismo.\n\nArtículo 10.-Es prohibido\nhacer mal uso de los asientos instalados en el parque.\n\nArtículo 11.-Es prohibido la\ndistribución, tenencia o consumo de cualquier tipo de drogas y licor en el\nparque.\n\nArtículo 12.-Queda prohibido\nfijar o pintar avisos, anuncios, programas, de cualquier clase y material en\npostes, candelabros de alumbrado, kioscos, fuentes, árboles, aceras,\nguarniciones, en general elementos de ornato de los parques y bulevares.\n\nArtículo 13.-Se autoriza a\nlos Delegados de la\n Policía de Proximidad, para que hagan cumplir las\ndisposiciones del presente Reglamento y de las Leyes; lo mismo que a cualquier\notra autoridad pública existente, o que el futuro pueda crearse.\n\nArtículo 14.-Rige a partir\nde su publicación en el Diario Oficial\nLa Gaceta.",
  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Regulation 210\n\n                        Regulation for the use of public parks and boulevards, property of the\nMunicipalidad de Grecia\n\nComplete Text of Act: C078A\nMUNICIPALIDAD DE GRECIA\n\nMUNICIPALIDAD\nDE GRECIA\n\nREGULATION\nFOR THE USE OF THE PARK\n\nAND BOULEVARD OF\nGRECIA\n\nThe\nMunicipal Council of Grecia, in extraordinary session No. 210, held on\nSeptember twenty-ninth, two thousand eight, by means of the agreement recorded in\nArticle II, subsection 26, sub-subsection d), unanimously approved the following:\n\nREGULATION\nFOR THE USE OF THE PARK\n\nAND BOULEVARD OF\nGRECIA\n\nArticle\n1.-Pursuant to the powers conferred by subsection c) of Article 13 of\nLaw No. 7794, this\nRegulation is issued, which governs the use of the public parks and boulevards,\nproperty of the\n Municipalidad de Grecia.\n\nArticle 2.-\nThe Municipalidad de\nGrecia may directly administer the public parks and boulevards\nproperty of the\n Municipalidad.\n\nArticle 3.-Permits\nfor holding cultural events or other types of events in the parks and boulevards\nshall be granted by the Municipal Council. To grant such permits, consideration\nmust be given to the provisions of this Regulation, in accordance with\nthe provisions of numeral 154 of\nthe General Public Administration Law (Ley General de\nla\n Administración Pública).\n\nArticle 4.-As\nestablished by the Municipal Code (Código Municipal),\nthe Municipalidad shall charge fees for the maintenance\nof parks and public green areas, for each of the districts, according to the\ninvestment cost for each of these.\n\nArticle 5.-The holding of cultural and sporting events in the park of the\ncentral district may be authorized, provided that such events do not entail the destruction of the\nsame.\n\nArticle 6.-The installation of carousels (carruseles), vehicles, and fair stalls (chinamos)\nwithin the parks is strictly prohibited.\n\nArticle 7.-The use in the park of skateboards (patinetas), bicycles (when used to travel along\nthe walkways of the park), or other types of objects that may deteriorate the\npark facilities and cause accidents to its users is prohibited.\n\nArticle 8.-The provisions of the preceding article are excepted, regarding the use of bicycles, for\nchildren under seven years of age who are under the care of their parents.\n\nArticle 9.-Persons are prohibited from walking on the green areas of the park, climbing on shrubs, cutting\nthese, flowers, and any plants planted therein.\n\nArticle 10.-Misuse of the seats installed in the park is prohibited.\n\nArticle 11.-The distribution, possession, or consumption of any type of drugs and liquor in the\npark is prohibited.\n\nArticle 12.-It is prohibited to post or paint notices, advertisements, programs, of any kind and material on\npoles, lighting candelabras, kiosks, fountains, trees, sidewalks,\ncurbs, in general, ornamental elements of the parks and boulevards.\n\nArticle 13.-The Delegates of the\n Community Police (Policía de Proximidad) are authorized to enforce the\nprovisions of this Regulation and the Laws; the same applies to any\nother existing public authority, or any that may be created in the future.\n\nArticle 14.-It takes effect upon\nits publication in the Official Gazette\nLa Gaceta."
