Therefore,\n\nThey Decree:\n\nArticle 1-The maximum budget expenditure set for the year 2008 for the National Groundwater, Irrigation and Drainage Service\nis hereby amended,\nas established in Executive Decree No. 33646-H, published in La Gaceta No. 58 of March 22,\n2007, and its amendments, with the maximum budget expenditure being established in the\nsum of ¢2,169,800,000.00 (exactly two billion one hundred sixty-nine million eight hundred\nthousand colones) for that period.\n\nArticle\n2-It becomes effective upon its publication.\n\nGiven at the\nPresidency of the Republic, on the tenth day of the month of October of\ntwo thousand eight."
