En dicho acuerdo se indicó que estos nombramientos regían a\npartir del 21 de junio del 2006 y por el resto del periodo legal\ncorrespondiente, sea hasta el 31 de mayo del 2010 en el caso de los 4 (cuatro)\nmiembros designados por el Consejo de Gobierno, y hasta el 31 de mayo del 2008,\nen el caso de los restantes 2 (dos) miembros.\n\n2º-Que el\nseñor José Manuel González Ramírez, Secretario General del Sindicato Agrario\ndel Asentamiento en Palmar Río Frío, mediante escrito de fecha 4 de octubre del\n2008, interpuso recurso de amparo ante la Sala Constitucional tendiente a que\nse declarara la nulidad del acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno contenido en el\nartículo tercero del acta de la sesión ordinaria número 7, celebrada el 21 de\njunio del 2006.\n\n 3º-Que la Sala Constitucional de la Corte\nSuprema de Justicia, mediante sentencia 2008-12582, correspondiente al\nexpediente 06-12255-0007-CO, declaró con lugar ese recurso y anuló el acuerdo\ndel Consejo de Gobierno antes citado.
