  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Standard 009\n\n                        Repeals the fee numbers 36, 37, 38, 39 of the group \"License for Sport or Tourist Vessel, national or foreign, marine or continental,\" and 41 of the group called \"Licenses for National Vessel dedicated to Cetacean Observation\n\nComplete Text of the record: C2B4B\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE\n\n \n\n \n\nAJDIP/009-2009.-Puntarenas, on the ninth day of the month of January of two thousand nine.\n\n \n\nConsidering:\n\n \n\n1º-That by means of agreement AJDIP/434-2008, published in Supplement No. 55 to La Gaceta No. 248 of December 23, 2008, the fees for goods and services in effect for the 2009 period are approved.\n\n2º-That in the case of the License for Sport or Tourist Vessel, national or foreign, and License for National Vessel dedicated to Cetacean Observation, including license and cards, the original proposal of the Fees Commission established amounts higher than those published, considering a package or items that contemplated both concepts.\n\n3º-That the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic has expressed a position of analogical application to this Institute, in the sense that differentiated amounts cannot be established; therefore, it is not considered appropriate to make this type of differentiation for sport or tourist vessels and national vessels dedicated to cetacean observation.\n\n4º-That the application of fees numbered 36, 37, 38, 39, and 41 would generate a considerable decrease in institutional income, a situation that would affect the non-fulfillment of the Institution's goals. Therefore,\n\n \n\nTHEY AGREE:\n\n \n\nFee numbers 36, 37, 38, 39 of the group \"License for Sport or Tourist Vessel, national or foreign, marine or continental (per year or per application) including licenses and cards for sport fishing\" and 41 of the group called \"Licenses for National Vessel dedicated to Cetacean Observation (per year or per application) including license and cards for cetacean observation\" are repealed, from agreement AJDIP/434-2008, published in Supplement No. 55 to La Gaceta No. 248 of December 23, 2008.
