Therefore,\n\nDecree:\n\nAmend subsection c) of article 21 of Executive\nDecree No. 33212-MEIC published in the Official Gazette\nLa Gaceta No. 137 of July 17, 2006,\ndenominated\nInternal Regulations of the National Codex Committee\nand the National Subcommittees of the Codex\nAlimentarius in Costa Rica\n\nArticle 1.- Amend subsection c) of article 21 of Executive Decree No. 33212-MEIC published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 137 of July 17, 2006, denominated Internal Regulations of the National Codex Committee and the National Subcommittees of the Codex Alimentarius in Costa Rica, so that it shall henceforth read as follows:\n\n\"\n\n[.]\n\n[.]\n\nc) In the event that the participation of any member is not available, the Technical Secretariat must contact the Embassy or Consulate of Costa Rica in the country where the Codex meeting would take place, so that a member of the diplomatic delegation represents the country and presents the country's position during the forum.
