  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 35068\n\n                        Declara de Utilidad Pública para los intereses del Estado la Asociación\nAdministración del Acueducto Rural San Isidro de La Tigra de San Carlos\n\nTexto Completo acta: 17A70D\n\nNº 35068-J\n\n(Este decreto ejecutivo\nfue derogado por el artículo 1° del decreto ejecutivo N° 45183 del 24 de julio\nde 2025)\n\nEL PRESIDENTE\nDE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nY\nLA MINISTRA DE JUSTICIA\n\nCon fundamento en lo\ndispuesto en los artículos 140, inciso 18) \ny 146 de la Constitución Política, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de\nAsociaciones y en los artículos 27 y siguientes de su Reglamento.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de\nla  Ley\nde Asociaciones número 218 del ocho de agosto de mil novecientos treinta y\nnueve y sus reformas, confiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de\nUtilidad Pública a las Asociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo\ndesarrollo y actividades sean particularmente útiles para los intereses del\nEstado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-Que\nla Asociación\n Administración del Acueducto Rural San Isidro de\nLa Tigra de San Carlos, cédula\nde persona jurídica número 3-002-348069, se inscribió en el Registro de\nAsociaciones del Registro Público desde el día 3 de agosto del 2004, bajo el\nexpediente Nº 15384.\n\nIII.-Que los fines que\npersigue la\n Asociación, según el artículo tercero de sus Estatutos, son:\n\"Artículo tercero: A) Construir un nuevo acueducto y dar el servicio de\nagua potable a la comunidad de San Isidro de\nLa Tigra de San Carlos. B)\nAdministrar, operar y conservar en buenas condiciones el acueducto, de acuerdo\ncon las disposiciones y reglamentos que al respecto emita el Instituto de\nAcueductos y Alcantarillados. C) Obtener la participación efectiva de la\ncomunidad en la construcción y mantenimiento del acueducto. D) Colaborar en los\nprogramas y campañas de índole educativas que se emprendan. E) Ayudar a\nexplicar y divulgar en la\n Comunidad las disposiciones y reglamentos del Instituto de\nAcueductos y Alcantarillados. G) Participar en la vigilancia y protección de\nlas fuentes de abastecimiento del acueducto, evitar las contaminaciones de las\nmismas y ayudar a la protección de las cuencas hidrográficas de la\nregión\".\n\nIV.-Que tales fines\nsolventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo\ndel Estado Costarricense.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 35068\n\n                        Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Association\nAdministration of the Rural Aqueduct San Isidro de La Tigra de San Carlos\n\nComplete Text record: 17A70D\n\nNo. 35068-J\n\n(This executive decree\nwas repealed by article 1 of executive decree No. 45183 of July 24,\n2025)\n\nTHE PRESIDENT\nOF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND\nTHE MINISTER OF JUSTICE\n\nBased on the provisions\nof articles 140, subsection 18),\nand 146 of the Political Constitution, article 32 of the Law of\nAssociations and articles 27 and following of its Regulations.\n\nWhereas:\n\nI.-That article 32 of\nthe Law of Associations number 218 of August eighth, nineteen thirty-nine and its amendments, confers upon the Executive Branch the power to declare of\nPublic Utility simple, federated, or confederated Associations, whose\ndevelopment and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the\nState, and which thereby contribute to resolving a social need.\n\nII.-That\nthe Association\n Administration of the Rural Aqueduct San Isidro de\nLa Tigra de San Carlos, legal entity\nidentification number 3-002-348069, was registered in the Registry of\nAssociations of the Public Registry on August 3, 2004, under\nfile No. 15384.\n\nIII.-That the purposes pursued\nby the\n Association, according to article three of its Bylaws, are:\n\"Article three: A) To build a new aqueduct and provide potable water\nservice to the community of San Isidro de\nLa Tigra de San Carlos. B) To\nadminister, operate, and maintain in good condition the aqueduct, in accordance\nwith the provisions and regulations issued in this regard by the Instituto de\nAcueductos y Alcantarillados. C) To obtain the effective participation of the\ncommunity in the construction and maintenance of the aqueduct. D) To collaborate in\neducational programs and campaigns that are undertaken. E) To help\nexplain and disseminate within the\n Community the provisions and regulations of the Instituto de\nAcueductos y Alcantarillados. G) To participate in the monitoring and protection of\nthe aqueduct's supply sources, prevent their contamination,\nand help protect the hydrographic basins of the\nregion\".\n\nIV.-That such purposes\nresolve a social need of the highest order, for which they deserve the support\nof the Costa Rican State. Therefore,\n\nDecree:\n\nArticle 1.-Declare of\nPublic Utility for the interests of the State the Association Administration of the\nRural Aqueduct San Isidro de La Tigra de San Carlos, legal entity\nidentification number 3-002-348069.\n\nArticle 2.-It is the duty of\nthe Association\nto submit an annual report to the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with\nwhat is indicated in article 32 of the Regulations to\nthe Law of Associations.\n\nArticle 3.-Once\nthis Decree is published, the interested parties must formalize in a public deed and submit the\nrespective certified copy before the Registry of Associations of the National Registry,\nfor its respective registration.\n\nArticle 4.-It becomes effective upon\nits publication.\n\nGiven at\nthe Presidency of\nthe Republic.-San\nJosé, on the sixteenth day of the month of January of two thousand nine."
