  "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Regulation 31\n\n                        It is agreed to declare, Pro tempore for twelve (12) months (one year), extendable, for the planting and establishment of new areas of pineapple exploitation, production, and agro-industry, a moratorium in the southern part of the canton\n\nFull Text of acta: C5134\nMUNICIPALITY OF GUÁCIMO\n\nMUNICIPALITY\nOF GUÁCIMO\n\nIt is agreed to declare, Pro tempore for twelve (12) months (one year), extendable, for the planting and establishment of new areas of pineapple exploitation, production, and agro-industry, a moratorium in the southern part of the canton by indiviso pronatura, invoking Article seventeen (17) of the Biodiversity Law (Ley de Biodiversidad) and Article fifty (50) of our Political Constitution, until such time as the technical studies from the following institutions are available:\n\na) INTA-MAG (Study of land-use capacity (capacidad de uso del suelo) and the possible impact from sedimentation in the bodies of water to the south and north and soil erosion in general).\n\nb) MINAET, through the offices of ACTo (regarding the impact on the forest resource), water (due to the possible impact on surface water bodies)\n\nc) SENARA (Hydrogeological study and the possible impact on groundwater due to vulnerability to contamination by agrochemical infiltration and others).\n\nd) Environmental Department of Aqueducts and Sewers (due to the possible contamination of the water resource for human consumption), National Museum (Archaeological study).\n\ne) Ministry of Health (possible impact on people's health from the spraying of agrochemicals and from water consumption due to the proximity of the pineapple companies to the community).\n\nAnd that these studies indicate that the population, the environment, and the water resource are not at risk.\nEffective as of its publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta.\n\nAgreement Number thirty-one definitively approved.\n\n(Taken at the ordinary session Nº 11-09, Acta Nº 16-09, held on 03-17-2009)."
