  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 35265\n\n                        Declares of Public Utility for the Interests of the State the Association for the\nDevelopment of the Juan Castro Blanco Water National Park\n\nComplete Text of act: C60D4\nNo. 35265-J\n\nNo. 35265-J\n\nTHE\nPRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE\nMINISTER OF JUSTICE AND GRACE\n\nBased on the provisions of articles 140,\nsubsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, article 32 of the Law of\nAssociations, and articles 27 and following of its Regulation.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That\narticle 32 of the Law of Associations number 218 of August eight, one thousand\nnine hundred thirty-nine and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the\npower to declare of Public Utility those simple, federated,\nor confederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful\nfor the interests of the State, and that therefore contribute to solving a social\nneed.\n\nII.-That the Association for the Development of the Juan Castro Blanco Water\nNational Park, legal identification number 3-002-230553, was\nregistered in the Registry of Associations of the Public Registry as of the tenth\nday of September, two thousand four, under file No. 10104.\n\nIII.-That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to article\nthree of its Bylaws, are: \". Article three: The purposes of the Association\nshall be the following: as a specific objective, the Association shall carry out all\nnecessary tasks to support the consolidation, management, administration,\nprotection, and vigilance of the Juan Castro Blanco National Park...\"\n\nIV.-That such purposes solve a social need of the first\norder, for which they deserve the support of the Costa Rican State.
