Therefore,\n\n \n\nTHEY DECREE:\n\n \n\n            Article 1.-To appoint as part\nof the members composing\nthe National Commission for Biodiversity Management (Comisión Nacional para\nla Gestión de\nla Biodiversidad), the\nfollowing representative of the National System of Conservation Areas (Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación):\n\n \n\n        1.\nAlternate member:\n\n       \n\n               \nLesbia Sevilla Estrada\n\n            Article 2.-For the purposes of the\nterm contemplated in article 15 of\nthe Biodiversity Law, the appointments are\nmade for a full term of three years.\n\n            Article\n3.-The following are repealed:\n\n \n\n    1.
