Therefore,\n\n \n\nDECREE:\n\n \n\nArticle 1-Declaration. The historical architectural heritage of Isla San Lucas is declared of national public interest, as are all actions directed at its protection, conservation, restoration, maintenance, and improvement.\n\nArticle 2-Contribution.
