Por ello es necesario educar y concienciar a\ntodos los habitantes del país y en especial a los estudiantes, sobre lo que es\nla vida silvestre, así como su necesidad de protección y aprovechamiento\nracional, de tal manera que es de suma importancia consagrar un día a nivel\nnacional, a efecto de que se reflexione respecto a la necesidad de su\nconservación.\n\n            5º-Que\nla vida silvestre se encuentra íntimamente ligada al resto del sistema\necológico en una perfecta relación de equilibrio, y en la medida que se afecte\néste se causaría perjuicio al ecosistema del cual la especie humana también es\nparte.\n\n            6º-Que\nel Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 21933-MEP-MIRENEM del 05 de enero de 1993, publicado en\nel Diario Oficial La Gaceta Nº 43 del 3 de marzo de 1993, estableció el\ncuarto lunes del mes de julio de cada año, como el Día Nacional de la Vida\nSilvestre, situación que se torna inconveniente por la coincidencia con la\ncelebración de la Anexión de Guanacaste. Therefore, it is necessary to educate and raise awareness among all the inhabitants of the country and especially among students, about what wildlife is, as well as its need for protection and rational use, such that it is of utmost importance to consecrate a day at the national level, for the purpose of reflecting on the need for its conservation.\n\n            5º-That wildlife is intimately linked to the rest of the ecological system in a perfect relationship of equilibrium, and to the extent that this is affected, harm would be caused to the ecosystem of which the human species is also a part.\n\n            6º-That Executive Decree No. 21933-MEP-MIRENEM of January 5, 1993, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 43 of March 3, 1993, established the fourth Monday of the month of July of each year as the National Wildlife Day, a situation that becomes inconvenient due to its coincidence with the celebration of the Annexation of Guanacaste.
