Therefore:\n\nDecree:\n\n            Article 1-Declare of Public Interest the International Seminar-Workshop \"Management of Hazardous Waste from the Electrical Industry,\" to be held in Costa Rica, on Wednesday the 25th, Thursday the 26th, and Friday the 27th of November, 2009.\n\n            Article 2-Effective as of its publication.\n\n \n\n            Issued at the Presidency of the Republic.
