mediante Decreto Ejecutivo Nº\n23124-MIRENEM, dado el 06 de abril de 1994 y publicado en La Gaceta Nº\n79 del 26 de abril de 1994, se declaró el Refugio Privado de Vida Silvestre\nFinantica, a un área de aproximadamente 15 hectáreas en la\nfinca inscrita en el Registro Nacional, Folio Real número 217331-000, propiedad\nde Finantica, S.
