P./367-2009.-Puntarenas, a los\ntrece días del mes de noviembre del 2009.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n \n\n            I.-Que esta Junta Directiva recibió\nsolicitud presentada por permisionarios de Golfito para que se les retire o\nelimine las artes de trasmallo y red de arrastre artesanal para camarón,\nmediante la presentación original e individual de cada uno de ellos.\n\n            II.-Que\nla solicitud planteada por el Grupo de permisionarios., se ajusta a las\nregulaciones contenidas en materia de licencias en la Ley 8436, así como al\nreglamento sobre las Áreas Marinas de Pesca Responsable, y el acuerdo de la\nJunta sobre el trámite y procedimiento que permita establecer la zona del Golfo\nDulce como Área Marina de Pesca Responsable. D. I. P./367-2009.—Puntarenas, on the\nthirteenth day of the month of November of 2009.\n\nConsidering:\n\n \n\n            I.—That this Board of Directors received\na request submitted by permit holders of Golfito to have the gear of trammel net and artisanal shrimp trawl net withdrawn or eliminated,\nthrough the original and individual submission of each one of them.\n\n            II.—That\nthe request raised by the Group of permit holders conforms to the\nregulations contained regarding licenses in Law 8436, as well as to the\nregulation on Responsible Fishing Marine Areas, and the Board's\nagreement on the processing and procedure that allows establishing the Golfo\nDulce zone as a Responsible Fishing Marine Area.
