  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 35689\n\n                        Appoints a member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nComplete Text record: D2214\n\n(This decree was repealed by Article 3, point 4 of executive decree No. 36113 of June 28, 2010)\n\n \n\nNo. 35689-MINAET\n\nTHE ACTING PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY\n\nAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\n          In exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, and the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998.\n\nConsidering:\n\n          I.-That the Biodiversity Law No. 7788 of April 30, 1998, created the National Commission for Biodiversity Management as a deconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment and Energy with instrumental legal capacity.\n\n          II.-That the aforementioned Law assigns to that Commission functions related to the conservation, ecologically sustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are of vital importance for the sustainable development (desarrollo sostenible) of the country.\n\n          III.-That Article 15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes the manner in which the Commission shall be composed, in accordance with the appointments made by the entities and organizations indicated by the law. Therefore,\n\nDecree:\n\n          Article 1.-To appoint as part of the members comprising the National Commission for Biodiversity Management, the following representative of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Telecommunications:\n\n    1.     Alternate member:\n\n          Zayda Trejos Esquivel.\n\n          Article 2.-For the purposes of the term provided for in Article 15 of the Biodiversity Law, the appointment is made for a full term of three years.\n\n          Article 3.-The following are repealed:\n\n \n\n1. Article 1, point 1. subsection a) of Executive Decree No. 31126-MINAE of April 1, 2003, published in Supplement No. 23 to La Gaceta No. 83 of May 2, 2003.\n\n \n\n2. Article 1, point 2. subsection a) of Executive Decree No. 31501-MINAE of October 8, 2003, published in La Gaceta No. 235 of December 5, 2003.\n\n \n\n3. Article 2, point 2) subsection a) of Executive Decree No. 32803-MINAE of November 4, 2005, published in La Gaceta No. 241 of December 14, 2005.\n\n \n\n4.
