Without any exception, the cadastral plans provided must be certified by MINAE through SINAC, which shall attest whether the property is located within Protected Wilderness Areas (Áreas Silvestres Protegidas) or outside them.\n\nOnce the pre-application is received, the Head of the FONAFIFO Regional Office shall forward the cadastral plan to the competent official of the respective Conservation Area (Área de Conservación), who shall issue the corresponding certification.\n\n \n\n            Point 7.2.1 to read:\n\nOnce the location of the property has been assessed, if it is within a Protected Wilderness Area, a \"no-objection to entry of the property into PSA\" note shall be requested from the Director of the Conservation Area. The note shall be sent to the FONAFIFO Regional Office within 10 business days following notification. If there is an objection from the Director of the Conservation Area to the entry of the property into PSA, the Head of the Regional Office shall forward the \"objection note\" to the interested party, who shall be granted a period not exceeding 15 business days to fulfill such requirement; if the \"no-objection\" note is not submitted within the granted period, the pre-application shall be archived."
