  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Standard 35766\n\n                        Declaration of Public Interest of the VIII Iberian and V Ibero-American Congress on Environmental Pollution and Toxicology (CICTA-2010)\n\nFull Text act: CE5E3\n\nNº 35766-MINAET\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE\nREPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF\nENVIRONMENT, ENERGY\n\nAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\n            Based on articles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution and article 25, subsection 1) and 28 of the General Law of Public Administration Nº 6227 of May 2, 1978.\n\nConsidering:\n\n            1º-That the Research Directorate and the Regional Institute for Studies on Toxic Substances (Instituto Regional de Estudios en Sustancias Tóxicas, IRET), both of the Universidad Nacional, are organizing the VIII Iberian and V Ibero-American Congress on Environmental Pollution and Toxicology (CICTA-2010).\n\n            2º-That the Congress will be held from November 29 to December 3, 2010, on the Campus of the Universidad Nacional in Heredia, with the participation of members of public universities, the national and international community related to the environment, environmental pollutants and risk assessment, and members of the Ibero-American Society of Toxicology and Environmental Pollution (Sociedad Iberoamericana de Toxicología y Contaminación Ambiental, SICTA).\n\n            3º-That this activity will feature keynote lectures by distinguished international researchers on various topics such as ecological stress, ecological risk assessment, environmental chemistry, and regulation of toxic substances in Latin America and the European Union. Pre-congress courses will also be offered, and there will be oral and poster presentations. Likewise, guided field trips will be organized so that participants can learn about productive and study projects in various areas of the country. Therefore,\n\nTHEY DECREE:\n\nDECLARATION OF\nPUBLIC INTEREST OF THE VIII IBERIAN\n\nAND V IBERO-AMERICAN CONGRESS ON\n\nENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION\nAND TOXICOLOGY (CICTA-2010)\n\n            Article 1º-The VIII Iberian and V Ibero-American Congress on Environmental Pollution and Toxicology (CICTA-2010), which will be held from November 29 to December 3, 2010, on the Campus of the Universidad Nacional in Heredia, is hereby declared of Public Interest.\n\n            Article 2º-National public and private institutions shall provide, to the extent of their capabilities, such collaboration and facilities as are within their reach, for the holding of the Congress, without detriment to their own functions.\n\n            Article 3º-It shall enter into force upon its publication.\n\n \n\n            Given at the Presidency of the Republic.-San José, at ten o'clock on the twenty-sixth day of January, two thousand ten."
