B)\nTo promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the discipline of\nmaintenance engineering, aimed at demonstrating how asset\nmanagement and maintenance, supported by technological tools, can improve\nproductivity and guarantee greater safety for companies in various\nproductive sectors.\n\n5.—That the IX Costa Rican Congress of Maintenance Engineering (IX Congreso\nCostarricense de Ingeniería de Mantenimiento) is the only event at the Central American level in its field, which leads a forum aimed at promoting a\nculture of energy efficiency and utilization of clean energies.\n\n6.—That commercial\nopenness through Free Trade Agreements makes the holding\nof this IX Costa Rican Congress of Maintenance Engineering (IX Congreso Costarricense de Ingeniería de Mantenimiento) acquire great\nrelevance, since companies in the region will gain access, in an intensive two-day\nprogram, to learn about the latest technological advances regarding\nindustrial processes of greater efficiency.
