que utilizarán este espacio quedan facultadas para\nceder los derechos de uso y usufructo a fideicomisos de titularización o figuras\nsimilares, en el caso en que se considere necesario o conveniente este\ninstrumento o mecanismo para llevar a cabo la construcción o levantar las obras\nde infraestructura requeridas para el efectivo funcionamiento del puesto\nfronterizo.\n\n \n\n Ficha Los Chiles, and said Municipality is authorized\nto manage and receive this advice and collaboration, for\nthe purpose of ensuring the construction of all types of infrastructure and the\neffective operation of the border post.\n\nLikewise, the Municipality\nand the public institutions that will use this space are empowered\nto transfer the rights of use and usufruct to securitization trusts or similar\nfigures, in the event that this\ninstrument or mechanism is considered necessary or convenient to carry out construction or erect the\ninfrastructure works required for the effective operation of the border\npost.\n\n \n\n Article file\n\nARTICLE 3.- Demarcation\n\nThe Ministry of Environment,\nEnergy and Telecommunications (Minaet), based on the previously cited topographic survey, shall demarcate the area segregated from the Corredor Fronterizo National Wildlife Refuge, in order to safeguard, from the possible harmful\neffects of human development, the area that continues to be affected by the\ndeclaration as a protected wild area.\n\n \n\n Article file\n\nARTICLE 4.- Authorization\n\nThe Executive Branch is authorized\nto undertake the necessary actions to
