  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 36120\n\n                        Declara de Utilidad Pública para los intereses del Estado la Asociación\nAdministrativa del Acueducto de Cot de Oreamuno de Cartago\n\nTexto Completo acta: 17A728\n\nNº 36120-J\n\n(Este decreto ejecutivo fue derogado\npor el artículo 1° del decreto ejecutivo N° 45187 del 30 de junio de 2025)\n\nLA PRESIDENTA DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nY EL MINISTRO DE JUSTICIA Y PAZ\n\n \n\nCon fundamento en lo dispuesto en los artículos\n140, inciso 18) y 146 de la Constitución Política, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de\nAsociaciones y en los artículos 27 y siguientes de su Reglamento.\n\n \n\nConsiderando:\n\n \n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones\nnúmero 218 de ocho de agosto de mil novecientos treinta y nueve y sus reformas,\nconfiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las\nAsociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades\nsean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello\ncontribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-Que la Asociación Administradora del\nAcueducto de Cot de Oreamuno de Cartago, cédula de persona jurídica número:\n3-002-290079, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público\ndesde el día veintiocho de mayo del dos mil uno, bajo el expediente N° 13053,\ntomo N° 576, asiento 79321, secuencia uno del Sistema Mecanizado, Sección\nMercantil del Registro Público.\n\nIII.-Que los fines que persigue la\nAsociación, según el artículo tercero de sus estatutos, son: \"... Artículo\ntercero: Los fines de la Asociación son los siguientes: a) Administrar, operar\ny conservar en buenas condiciones el acueducto de acuerdo con las disposiciones\ny reglamentos que al respecto emita el Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y\nAlcantarillados; b) Obtener la participación efectiva de la comunidad en la\nconstrucción y mantenimiento del acueducto; c) Colaboración en los programas y\ncampañas de índole educativa que se emprendan; d) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar\nen la comunidad las disposiciones y reglamentos de AyA; e) Cooperar con los\nplanes, proyectos y obras que emprenda AyA en la comunidad; f) Participar en la\nvigilancia y protección de las fuentes de abastecimiento del acueducto, evitar\nlas contaminaciones de las mismas y ayudar a la protección de las cuencas\nhidrográficas de la región\" (folio 17 del expediente administrativo).\n\nIV.-Que tales fines solventan una necesidad social\nde primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense. Article\nthree: The purposes of the Association are the following: a) To administer, operate,\nand maintain in good condition the aqueduct (acueducto) in accordance with the provisions\nand regulations (reglamentos) issued on the matter by the Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and\nSewers (Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados); b) To obtain the effective participation of the community in the\nconstruction and maintenance of the aqueduct (acueducto); c) Collaboration in educational programs\nand campaigns that are undertaken; d) To help explain and disseminate\nin the community the provisions and regulations (reglamentos) of AyA; e) To cooperate with the\nplans, projects, and works that AyA undertakes in the community; f) To participate in the\nsurveillance and protection of the aqueduct (acueducto) supply sources, to prevent\ntheir contamination, and to help in the protection of the hydrographic basins (cuencas hidrográficas)\nof the region\" (folio 17 of the administrative file (expediente administrativo)).\n\nIV.-That such purposes solve a social need\nof the highest order, for which they merit the support of the Costa Rican State.
