  "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Regulation 290\n\n                        Reform Establishes tariffs for the sale of goods and services provided and\ngenerated by INCOPESCA (agreement AJDIP/293-2009)\n\nFull Text of minute: D385C\n\nA.J.D.I.P./290-2010.—Puntarenas, on the tenth day of the month of September,\n2010.\n\nWhereas:\n\n1.—That through agreement AJDIP/293-2009, this Board of Directors established the\ntariffs for goods and services in effect for the 2010 fiscal year.\n\n2.—That through official communication CT-005-2010, the members of the Tariff Commission\nsubmit for the Board of Directors' consideration their opinion and recommendation\nregarding some tariffs that must be incorporated into said agreement, as well\nas some tariffs they deem necessary to adjust.
