B) Administrar, operar\ny conservar en buenas condiciones el acueducto de acuerdo con las disposiciones\ny Reglamentos que al respecto emita Acueductos y Alcantarillados. C) Obtener la\nparticipación efectiva de la comunidad, en la construcción y el mantenimiento\ndel acueducto. D) Colaboración en los programas y campañas de índole educativa\nque se emprendan. E) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar en la comunidad las\ndisposiciones y reglamentos de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. F) Cooperar con\nlos planes, proyectos y obras que emprendan Acueductos y Alcantarillados en la\ncomunidad. G) Participar la vigilancia y protección de las fuentes de\nabastecimiento del acueducto, evitar las contaminaciones de las mismas y ayudar\na la protección de las cuencas hidrográficas de la región.\"\n\nIV.-Que tales fines solventan una necesidad social\nde primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense.
