  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 36485\n\n                        Appoints member of the National Commission for Biodiversity Management\n\nComplete Text of record: FC158\n\nNº 36485-MINAET\n\n    (This\n      executive decree was repealed by article 3 of executive decree\n      N° 38510 of 14 May 2014 \"Appoints member of the National Commission\n      for Biodiversity Management\")\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE\nREPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF\nENVIRONMENT, ENERGY\n\nAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS\n\nExercising the powers conferred upon them by\narticles 140, subsections 3) and 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, and the Biodiversity Law Nº 7788 of 30 April 1998.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That the Biodiversity Law Nº 7788 of 30 April\n1998 created the National Commission for Biodiversity Management (Comisión Nacional para la Gestión de la Biodiversidad) as a deconcentrated body of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Telecommunications, with instrumental legal personality (personería jurídica instrumental).\n\nII.-That the aforementioned Law\nassigns to that Commission functions concerning the conservation, ecologically sustainable use, and restoration of biodiversity, which are of\nvital importance for the sustainable development of the country.\n\nIII.-That\narticle 15 of the Biodiversity Law establishes the manner in which the Commission shall be composed, according to the appointments made by the entities and\norganizations indicated by the law. \n\nIV.-That Executive\nDecree N° 29680-MINAE of 23 July 2001, published in La Gaceta\nN° 150 of 7 August 2001, regulates the functioning of this Commission. Therefore,\n\nThey decree:\n\nArticle 1.-To appoint as part of the members that\ncompose the National Commission for Biodiversity Management, the following\nrepresentative of the Ministry of Foreign Trade:\n\n1.
