Esta población puede clasificarse en\nvarios grupos según el fin de su visita: deportistas, familias, participantes\nde eventos públicos, estudiantes, turistas y pequeños comerciantes.\n\nIV.-El presente proyecto impactará de forma\ngeneral el desarrollo integral de los habitantes de la Gran Área Metropolitana\n(GAM) brindándoles un espacio ecológicamente seguro y diverso para la\nrecreación y el entretenimiento, que refleje tanto los valores naturales como\nsociales del país.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 36416\n\n                        Declares the “Recovery Project of the La Sabana Metropolitan Park” to be of public interest\n\nComplete Text of Act: D9777\n\nN° 36416-MP-MD\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,\n\nTHE MINISTER OF THE PRESIDENCY\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF SPORT\n\nExercising the powers and attributions conferred upon them by Articles 140 and 146 of the Political Constitution, numerals 25, 27 subsection 1, 28 subsection 2)> paragraph b) of the General Law of Public Administration,\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.—That by means of Agreement N° 6 of the ordinary session N° 739-2010, of January 13, 2011, held by the National Council for Sport and Recreation, it was agreed to recommend to the Ministry of Sport, so that through the Ministry of the Presidency, the Declaration of Public Interest be made for the reforestation (rearborización) project of the La Sabana Metropolitan Park.\n\nII.—This reforestation project, named the “Recovery Project of the La Sabana Metropolitan Park,” consists of the rehabilitation of its safety, health, and ecological functionality through inter-institutional and gradual intervention with actions of sanitation, reforestation, maintenance, communication, monitoring, and evaluation.\n\nIII.—The direct beneficiaries of the project are made up of approximately two million annual users of La Sabana Park. This population can be classified into several groups according to the purpose of their visit: athletes, families, participants in public events, students, tourists, and small merchants.\n\nIV.—This project will broadly impact the integral development of the inhabitants of the Greater Metropolitan Area (Gran Área Metropolitana, GAM) by providing them with an ecologically safe and diverse space for recreation and entertainment, which reflects both the natural and social values of the country. And its main objective will be to recover and maintain the safety and ecological functionality of the forest resources and other minor species of the La Sabana Metropolitan Park without reducing the social, sports, and recreational function that the park provides to its visitors. Therefore,\n\nTHEY DECREE:\n\nDECLARATION OF PUBLIC INTEREST OF THE\n\nRECOVERY PROJECT OF THE\n\nLA SABANA METROPOLITAN PARK\n\nArticle 1.—The “Recovery Project of the La Sabana Metropolitan Park” is declared of public interest.\n\nArticle 2.—Dependencies of the Public Sector and the Private Sector, within the respective legal framework, may contribute economic resources, to the extent of their possibilities and without prejudice to the fulfillment of their own objectives, for the successful completion of the indicated project.\n\nArticle 3.—It shall enter into effect upon its publication.\n\nIssued at the Presidency of the Republic, on the fourteenth day of the month of February of the year two thousand eleven."
