  "body_en_text": "Full text of the norm 8939\n\nAuthorization to the Municipality of Barva to donate a property of its own to the Foundation for the Protection and Surveillance of the Natural Resources of Heredia (FUPROVIRENA)\n\nFull text act: DA389\n\nN° 8939\n\nTHE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY\nOF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA\n\nDECREES:\n\nAUTHORIZATION TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARVA\nTO DONATE A PROPERTY OF ITS OWN\nTO THE FOUNDATION FOR THE PROTECTION AND SURVEILLANCE\nOF THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF HEREDIA\n(FUPROVIRENA)\n\nARTICLE 1.-\n\nThe Municipality of Barva, legal identification number three - zero one four - zero four two zero eight nine (No. 3-014-042089), is authorized to donate to the Foundation for the Protection and Surveillance of the Natural Resources of Heredia (Fuprovirena), legal identification number three zero zero six three two four eight zero seven (No. 3006324807), the property of its ownership that is a lot (finca) registered in the Public Registry, real folio registration number two zero zero nine one six - zero zero zero (No. 200916-000), and is land designated for construction. This site is located in district 6, San José de la Montaña; canton II, Barva; province, Heredia. The land has an area of six hundred thirty-seven meters and fifteen square decimeters (637.15 m²); cadastral plan number H - one zero one four seven zero one - two zero zero five (No. H-1014701-2005); its boundaries (linderos) are as follows: to the north, Alonso Montoya Sánchez; to the south, remainder of Rafael Ángel Moreira Barrantes; to the east, Alonso Montoya Sánchez, and to the west, public street.\n\nARTICLE 2.-\n\nThe donation is authorized for the sole purpose of constructing the administrative facilities of Fuprovirena and achieving the purposes of protection, surveillance, and education on environmental matters that this institution pursues.
