William Carrión, Eliécer Moncada,\nÁlvaro Reina, Juan Bastos y Javier Catón, quienes presentan ante esta Junta\nDirectiva observaciones sobre la propuesta de veda para el presente año 2011\nremitida por la Comisión de Vedas.\n\n2º-Que entre las observaciones señaladas, destaca\nsu oposición a que la veda se otorgue en igualdad de condiciones que el año\nanterior respecto a la Flota Semi Industrial.\n\n3º-Que escuchados los Sres. Marvin Mora Hernández, on this particular point.\n\n5º-That having analyzed and discussed the observations and recommendations made verbally by Biól.
