  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 333\n\n                        Reforma Establece Área Marina de Pesca Responsable de Tárcoles\n\nTexto Completo acta: DE516\n\nINSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA\n\nY ACUICULTURA\n\nA.J.D.I.P./333-2011.-Puntarenas,\na los dieciséis días del mes de setiembre de 2011.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que mediante Acuerdo AJDIP/193-2011, la Junta Directiva aprobó en\nestablecimiento del Área Marina de Pesca Responsable de Tárcoles, bajo\ncriterios de búsqueda de un equilibrio y resguardo al derecho a un mayor\nbienestar de los habitantes de la República, en comunión con un justo y\nadecuado reparto de la riqueza; garantizando con ello además el derecho al\ntrabajo digno, honesto y útil para la sociedad, dentro de un ambiente sano y\necológicamente equilibrado; verbigracia ordinales 50 y 56 de nuestra Carta Magna.\n\nII.-Que bajo esa misma línea de pensamiento tiene\nla Junta Directiva la visión en cuanto al desarrollo que este tipo de Áreas\nMarinas de Pesca Responsable, vengan a significar un acicate para el desarrollo\nde una actividad pesquera próspera, con beneficios directos a las comunidades\npesqueras costarricenses.\n\nIII.-En ese sentido el AMPR-Tárcoles deberá\ngarantizar las condiciones, formas y tipo idóneas para el ejercicio de la\nactividad pesquera, que hagan permisiva su explotación de manera equilibrada,\nsostenible y responsable.\n\nIV.-Es por ello que a las resultas de los criterios\nque finalmente se establezcan para el ejercicio de dicha actividad, deberá en\ntodo momento garantizarse la realización de estudios de valoración sobre la\ninformación biológica que se desarrolle en el plazo de un año establecido en el\nAcuerdo supra, para sobre dicha base establecer la procedencia de mantener las\nmedidas de ordenamiento o en su defecto si éstas deban modificarse.\n\nV.-En atención a las\ninquietudes, valoraciones y consideraciones vertidas, la Junta Directiva, por\ntanto;\n\nACUERDA:\n\n1º-Adiciónese al Acuerdo AJDIP/193-2011, un Artículo 3 bis; el cual se\nleerá de la siguiente manera:\n\n\"Artículo 3 bis-.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text Norm 333\n\n                        Reform Establishes the Tárcoles Responsible Fishing Marine Area\n\nFull Text record: DE516\n\nCOSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES\n\nAND AQUACULTURE\n\nA.J.D.I.P./333-2011.-Puntarenas,\non the sixteenth day of the month of September of 2011.\n\nWhereas:\n\nI.-That by means of Agreement AJDIP/193-2011, the Board of Directors approved the\nestablishment of the Tárcoles Responsible Fishing Marine Area (Área Marina de Pesca Responsable de Tárcoles), under\ncriteria of seeking a balance and safeguarding the right to greater\nwell-being of the inhabitants of the Republic, in communion with a just and\nadequate distribution of wealth; thereby also guaranteeing the right to\ndignified, honest, and useful work for society, within a healthy and\necologically balanced environment; for example, articles 50 and 56 of our Magna Carta.\n\nII.-That along this same line of thought, the Board of Directors\nhas the vision that the development of this type of Responsible Fishing Marine Areas (Áreas Marinas de Pesca Responsable)\nwill come to signify a stimulus for the development\nof a prosperous fishing activity, with direct benefits to Costa Rican\nfishing communities.\n\nIII.-In that sense, the Tárcoles AMPR must\nguarantee the suitable conditions, forms, and type for the exercise of the\nfishing activity, that make permissible its exploitation in a balanced,\nsustainable, and responsible manner.\n\nIV.-It is for this reason that, as a result of the criteria\nthat are finally established for the exercise of said activity, the undertaking of assessment studies on the\nbiological information developed within the one-year period established in the\naforementioned Agreement must at all times be guaranteed, in order to establish, on that basis, the appropriateness of maintaining the\nmanagement measures or, failing that, whether these should be modified.\n\nV.-In response to the\nconcerns, assessments, and considerations expressed, the Board of Directors,\ntherefore;\n\nAGREES:\n\n1º-Let an Article 3 bis be added to Agreement AJDIP/193-2011; which shall\nread as follows:\n\n\"Article 3 bis-. The total closure zone (zona de veda total) for one year of the Tárcoles AMPR, for trawl fishing (pesca de arrastre) and\nsmall-scale artisanal fishing (pesca artesanal a pequeña escala), which entered into force upon publication\nin the Official Gazette La Gaceta of Agreement AJDIP/193-2011, shall be the subject\nof evaluation at the end of the indicated year, for the purpose of assessing, based on the\nbiological information that is generated, whether it is maintained or another management\nmeasure is established.
